NEW BEGINNERS COURSE – MON 1ST JUNE

Our latest beginners course for junior beginners starts on Monday 1st June 2015 – 6.30-7.30pm.

First session is free, then it’s £3 per session after that.

Once the 6 weeks is up you can train at any of our classes on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays.

The course is open to ages 6-15 years.

For those aged 11+ we STRONGLY recommend that you register with Yellow Belt Challenge
– because you’ll get a free judo suit, a free licence for a year, four free gradings and 6 free classes with us. It’s a national scheme to get 11-25 year olds into judo, and will save you well over £100!!

We congratulate everyone who entered the 2014 Eastern Area Championships at Thetford on Sunday.

EVERYONE gave a great performance, and we returned with some great results AND the best club trophy too!

The event is open to BJA players from Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and part of Essex.

Results:

AREA CHAMPIONS 2014 :Jonathan Booth, Amy Mollan, Emma Merryweather, Charlie Morris, Kieran Evans, William Booth, Toby Goodrum,

Silver: Thomas Goodrum, Jojo Mollan, Piotr Stempniak, Al Gill

Ezra Morris fought really well, but didn’t reach the medal rounds – but still earned a point for the club in the Best Club award!

Many thanks to David Booth, Andrew (and Megan) Gadsby, George and Stacy Borrow for providing matside support.
